The JEWEL (Joyful Eating for Weight loss, Energy, and Longevity) Program is an eight week class for women that will empower you to achieve and maintain your optimal weight, while you revolutionize your relationship to food and revitalize your health.

This class is a collaboration between myself and Lisa Rost, natural foods chef and caterer.

Feed Your Brain! with Holistic Nutritionist Marsha Sendar, MSPT, CNC

This class is for people who:

Food Discovery Tours

Santa Rosa Farmers Market Tours
I love taking people on tours of the farmers’ market and introducing them to new foods and our local farmers, while helping them to find the best deals. We are blessed with an abundance of delicious, fresh food all year round in Sonoma County, and I can help you discover the bounty that is available. This is both educational and fun, and participants are always excited to discover new food options that are readily available and delicious.

Consider one of these choices:

  • An individual tour
  • A group tour for you and your friends or family
  • Joining a scheduled group tour
